We were the customer once.

NXT LEVEL wasn't founded in an office. It was founded after lost money, missed deadlines and boxes of shirts that arrived without the design. This is the story — and why it now protects every order you place with us.

Chapter 01

The brand

Before NXT LEVEL, there was a clothing brand. Mine. Designs finished, first customers waiting, big plans — and a manufacturer found online, like every founder does it.

I did what you're probably about to do: I trusted, I paid, I waited.

The silence

The communication was a disaster. Late replies, half-understood briefs, prices that changed depending on the day. We talked past each other — never with each other.

The damage

When the boxes finally arrived — weeks late — I opened them in front of waiting customers. The quality was nowhere near the sample. On part of the shirts, the design was simply missing.

The turning point
